REIKI COURSES
Reiki is taught by a qualified Reiki Master/Teacher, and the course will include theory and practical work, plus Reiki attunements to enable the Reiki energy to flow through the student.
It is important to choose your Reiki Master with care. As we are all individuals it is important that you choose a Reiki Master who reflects your own values and views, and with whom you feel comfortable.
The act of Reiki attunement forges a link between Teacher and student, and the Reiki Master takes on a certain spiritual responsibility for the student. A Reiki Master will always be available for their students, to help, support and guide them along their Spiritual path.
REIKI I (First Degree)
The First Degree of Reiki is a basic course in self-healing.
It includes four separate Reiki attunements, which open the energy channels and allow the Reiki energy to flow.
These energy-activating attunements open your inner healing channel. Each attunement is a deep cleansing process on all levels - Mind, body and spirit. This enables blocked energy to be cleared from the body allowing the body to heal itself of all physical, mental and emotional problems.
The course will include:
* How to give Reiki treatments to yourself and to others, plants and animals.
*The human energy system and how our emotions and environment affect our energy and why this is important.
*How to balance your chakras (energy system) and how to use Reiki as a preventative health method and a spiritual path.
REIKI II (Second Degree)
The Second Degree of Reiki is available to anyone who has completed Reiki I.
The purpose of Reiki II is to give the individual the ability to use and direct energy in dimensions other than the physical plane. It also opens up deeper levels within the student so that spiritual development is accelerated, if they so wish.
The course will include:
*Distant healing – a highly effective absentee healing technique
*Mental/emotional healing, a special technique for dealing with deep-seated mental and emotional problems, which can be used when giving a physical treatment or combined with distant healing.
*A technique for achieving your goals & personal growth.
*Further techniques to enhance your healing sessions.
Reiki II allows healing to be given on a professional level.
REIKI III (Third Degree)
This is the Master and Teacher level.
Following this course you will be able to teach Reiki and pass Reiki attunements.
It requires a firm commitment to healing and teaching, and the course takes place over 6 months to 1 year to allow the energy and spiritual development to take place.
There are 6 one-to-one modules over that period, with practical work and course work to be completed. There is on-going support following the course.

KARUNA COURSES
Karuna may be learnt by anyone who has been attuned to Reiki II or Reiki Master
Although originally Karuna was only taught to Reiki Masters, I personally feel that Karuna I & II would be of benefit to all Reiki II practitioners. Karuna energy appears to strengthen Reiki and allows extra benefits to both the client and the practitioner.
Karuna I has 4 symbols which enable cellular, past-life, relationship and chakra healing, as well as creating positive aspects in our lives such as compassion, connecting to Spiritual beings and achieving goals.
Karuna II also has 4 symbols which facilitate easier learning and communication, connection to the Higher Self, developing clairvoyance and other healing energies.
Karuna III is Master level (only available to Reiki Masters) and has a further 4 symbols as well as the 3 attunement procedures.
Karuna I & II are each a one day course.
Karuna III is only available after being attuned to Karuna I & II.
